Welcome to the BJBS academic showcase!
In the showcase, you will hear from academics, educational designers, and others implementing innovative ideas into their teaching. These presentations will show examples of quality learning and teaching that have been embedded within subjects in BJBS, as well as demonstrating how these have impacted upon student learning and engagement.
There will also be opportunities for you to interact with our presenters during the showcase, so that you can ask questions and brainstorm with like-minded people about how you might implement these ideas into your own teaching practice.
The showcase will have 4 themes/simultaneous sessions that will be running via Zoom.
- Developing student skills
- Innovating in assessment
- Increasing student engagement
- Teaching techniques and technology
To help you decide which session you might wish to attend, our presenters have compiled some podcasts giving an overview of their sessions.
